This guesthouse provides Dutch food, a pool table, and a bar with excellent coffee. It is located near the night bazaar and has a friendly owner willing to help with various activities. the rooms are not the best but are fine for the price paid. Nevertheless, the guesthouse is a great choice for backpackers looking for accommodation at a low price.
The staff wanted to charge for every little thing, including warming water and extra toilet paper.

Hotel is cheap in general, can’t find anything wrong. There was a great dining option, whole earth restaurant, only 600 metres from the venue:)))

The rooms were offered at a reasonable price and I found Harry to be friendly and helpful. the location was also convenient for exploring the nearby night market. One of the advantages I enjoyed was the availability of tours that could be booked through the hotel.
My experience was marred by broken facilities in my room. the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable to use, and the air conditioning required a specific key that was not initially provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The value for money was excellent, especially considering I had the best room in my three and a half week trip to Thailand. The staff, led by Harry, were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing a level of service that exceeded my expectations. They even went the extra mile to arrange discounted activities for guests, ensuring we had a memorable experience. The location was also ideal, just a short ride away from the historical center and the night bazaar.
All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine.

The staff at this guesthouse were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the guesthouse was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to the night bazaar and within a short distance of the historical center.- Another advantage was the variety of activities that the guesthouse offered. They had a range of options for hiking, zip-lining, and even ethical elephant parks.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a bit of a letdown. They could have been better maintained and needed some improvements.
